Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

Smul sells car fragrance products, including car diffusers, scent refills, custom air fresheners, and related accessories.

For Smul liquid refills:

  • Remove only the foil seal where instructed.
  • Do not remove or puncture the inner membrane unless specifically directed.
  • Keep the product upright when opening.
  • Avoid contact with eyes, skin, clothing, leather, plastic, painted, or finished surfaces.
  • Keep away from children, pets, direct sunlight, heat, and open flames.
  • Do not ingest.

Scent intensity may vary depending on vehicle size, airflow, temperature, fan speed, refill age, and personal sensitivity to fragrance. Because fragrance preferences are subjective, we do not guarantee that every customer will experience or prefer a scent in the same way.

If you have allergies, asthma, fragrance sensitivities, medical concerns, or sensitivities to essential oils or fragrance oils, you should review the product information carefully and consult a medical professional before use.

3. Product Accuracy, Images, and Descriptions

We make every effort to display product images, colors, materials, scent descriptions, and packaging accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will represent product colors, finishes, or details exactly.

Scent descriptions are provided to help communicate the general character of each fragrance. They are not a guarantee of how a scent will smell to every individual.

We may update product descriptions, prices, packaging, ingredients, scent names, availability, and product details at any time without notice.

4. Orders, Billing, and Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing, shipping, and contact information for all purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. This may include orders that appear to be fraudulent, placed by bots, placed by unauthorized resellers, or associated with incorrect pricing, inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or payment issues.

If we cancel or modify an order, we may attempt to contact you using the email address, phone number, billing address, or shipping address provided at checkout.

5. Pricing, Promotions, and Availability

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, bundles, promotions, discounts, or offers at any time. Promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively unless we choose to do so at our discretion.

Shipping times shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, holidays, weather, incorrect addresses, high-volume periods, warehouse delays, or events outside our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is largely outside of our control.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, VAT, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Smul is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs, unpaid import fees, incorrect shipping information, or carrier disruptions.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy.

Because our products include fragrance items, opened, used, damaged, customized, or final-sale items may not be eligible for return unless required by law or approved by us.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us at support@smul.ca with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review the matter.

We reserve the right to approve, deny, replace, refund, or partially refund an order depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

8. Custom and Wholesale Orders

Custom and wholesale orders may include custom-branded air fresheners, custom packaging, custom scent selections, bulk orders, or other business-to-business purchases.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, custom and wholesale orders may require approval of artwork, scent selection, quantity, pricing, production details, and timelines before production begins.

Once a custom order has been approved and production has started, the order may be final sale and may not be cancelled, refunded, or changed unless we agree in writing.

Production and delivery timelines for custom or wholesale orders are estimates only. Delays may occur due to artwork revisions, supplier timelines, freight delays, customs processing, or other production factors.

You are responsible for ensuring that any logos, trademarks, artwork, names, images, or brand assets you provide to us are owned by you or that you have permission to use them. You agree not to submit any material that infringes on the rights of another person or business.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, product names, product designs, images, graphics, copy, packaging, videos, icons, layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Smul and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
