Reason is that we use gel solidification technology instead of volatile liquids and styrofoam scent sticks which are unsafe and ineffective. You receive three scents in your starter pack which will last a total of 6 months. You can order refills after you've exhausted your scents in a three pack with the scents of your choosing.

We do ship globally to Australia but expect longer shipping times of 15-30 days depending on which region you reside in. 

No we don't ship globally anymore to the UK and Rest of Europe. We only ship to Australia, Canada and USA! VAT taxes and shipping times have made it hard for us. We didn't want to put the cost burden on our customers. However, we are looking to expand into Europe in 2022 and open an office there to make compliance and shipping more easier.
